I have a most bizarre tracking record showing a package mailed on May21 bouncing all over the East Coast and Midwest instead of going to its destination in Montreal. The buyer has justifiably requested a refund and eBay has put the case on hold until July 8th. They have also put a payment hold on the refund amount. My concern is that I will not get the item back to relist it, and why am I liable for the refund when eBay International appears to be at fault and advertises insurance coverage of $100.
