Item not received

Item says label was made 6 days prior. Yesterday was the last day of "arrival" and when I click on make a claim for a item not arrived it doesn't let me and says it may still arrive "today" but showing may 12th??? I can't get in touch with seller or ebay! What should I do to get my money back!

You have 30 days to claim that you didn't receive the item, so time enough.
