Is this forced "Good till Cancelled" hurting anyone else?

This forced "Good till Cancelled" is hurting me financially.  They have just set this up to steal my/our money.  I have antiques and other odd items.  Sometimes they do not sell and when the 30 day is up; they are removed and discarded from my items.  This is hurting my financially since it is causing me more work to go back and check on items over and over to see if they need taken down.  

Is this upsetting to anyone else?

Is there a way to make a complaint to eBay? I can't find a way to tell them that this is bad for me.
