I’m signed up for int’l shipping and usually when I receive order from abroad, it gives me the Kentucky address to mail to and shipping is fine. I got an order for Puerto Rico and the shipping is 4x the price of the item. Why didn’t eBay provide the Kentucky address as usual? It’s worked every other time.

Puerto Rico is NOT international. It is part of the United States.
The status of Puerto Rico is that of an unincorporated territory of the United States officially known as the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
You ship the item same as anywhere in the 50 states.

That's what I thought, and probably true for <14 ounces or whatever, this was over 3lbs, and shot up the rates. The buyer was understanding and refunded.
