I am the seller in this situation.
I sold an item (a part for a bicycle for $50) to an international buyer.
eBay directed me to ship it to them in Glendale Heights, Illinois, and they would then ship it to Taiwan.
I shipped the correct item to Illinois.
I just received a message from the buyer that they received the wrong item (2 t-shirts!!!).
How do I fix this?
