International shipping returns

If a buyer files an item not described claim on an item that was shipped through eBay’s new international shipping program do I have to pay return shipping and customs fees ?

No. If the buyer files a case via ebay, ebay will accept the return and refund the buyer.  you don't need to do anything.  You get to keep the payment.
