International Standard Delivery Issues

For the second time in two weeks the team in Kentucky has determined that my item cannot be shipped to the country of the buyer. The first case was a small doll stand to the UK and now it is a Barbie doll to Australia. The call center is of no help. They send messages asking why to the international shipping teeam and they go unanswered.  Both my customers and I are getting ticked off to say the least
