International Buyer has purchased an item, and I do not ship internationally.

I have an international buyer (Canada) that purchased one of my items.  I don't ship internationally, only to the U.S.A.  How do I cancel this purchase and get my item listed again?  The buyer has not paid yet, I sent an invoice requesting they cancel the transaction.  How do I fix this?  I appreciate any help you can give.  Thanks, Rob

First of all, determine if the buyer has a US shipping address.

If they don't have a US shipping address and you're not participating in the Global Shipping Program, the item or country is not eligible, or you don't want to sell internationally, contact the buyer and explain that they didn't fulfill the terms of your listing.

You then have 2 options:

1) Buyer pays the extra shipping costs for their country. Find out how much it will cost to ship the item to the buyer and they pay you the additional cost.

OR---

2) Cancel the order by selecting "Buyer requested or there is a problem with the buyer's address."
