I shipped an item through eBay global shipping. Tracking shows that it arrived in London on July 25t

DHL tracking shows it was delivered on July 25th and Buyer says it was never delivered and has left negative feedback for me. What can I do at this point? I don't want to wait 3 days like eBay says I have to.

@terpntique   If you used eBay's international shipping program then they will refund the buyer and you keep the sale.  The feedback will also be removed.

You can try contacting eBay for business on FB and ask them about getting the feedback removed ASAP and to make sure that the refund comes out of eBay's pocket and not yours.
