I received my first order from you!

I received my first order from you! But it is the wrong size, so I would like to return it but your system doesn't recognize  any of the order number or the Item ID number . Please Let me Know who I can call to get this returned ?

You did not order from Ebay, you ordered from a seller that used Ebay to sell the item.

File a Return Request:

• Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return.  Attach a photo.
• If your return request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
• If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
