I have items that aren't selling and I'd like eBay to try to sell them by reducing the price tool.

Ebay offers a reduce the price selling option when first listing items.  Can it be used once the item(s) have been listed for a while?

That only works with fixed price items.

You only 3 listed and you can lower the price anytime you want to.

I've never used the tool so I don't know if you can use after it's been listed or not.
