Refund the buyer and let him go thru eBay checkout again and he can provide the Shipping Address.

Check whether the person sending the message is actually the buyer and not a scammer.
If it is the actually buyer, tell the buyer you will cancel at their request and relist so that they can repurchase with the correct address.
