I am also having the duplicate shipping label issue described by nimbleneedle1 but cannot respond

System not letting me respond that I, too, am experiencing the same issue, when going to print a label, I see the pre view in pdf and press print, it saves the file, etc, but another window pops up with a preview, this time not in pdf and the page is blank except for some small type with header or footer or some such inconsequential, and instead of canceling it I go ahead and save the file to my computer but then delete it when I'm all done. This has been happening for a few weeks now. I do not believe that I'm being charged twice, as it is the same label with same tracking number.
