I sold an item, and shipped it three weeks ago.
It arrived at the destination a couple of days later, but the buyer had gone on holiday.
So it sat in the post office for 15 days waiting for the buyer to collect it but since he was on holiday of course he didn't.
Now the tracking says the item has been returned to me. When it arrives, I will send it again, but I want him to pay shipping again. How can I send an additional invoice to the buyer for the cost of shipping, more than three weeks after they already paid?
I tried sending my paypal email address to him but the message was blocked by Ebay.
I tried looking for his email address in the "order details" view but it's disappeared, replaced by a message saying "Email addresses are displayed for 14 days after date sold."
How can I request payment for re-shipping?
