Sold something to an Australian buyer using the Global Shipping Program. They contacted me that there is a problem with the item. I would like to refund them in full & let them keep the item. A case has not yet been opened by the buyer.
If I cancel the sale, will they be automatically refunded the complete GSP part of their payment? Or is there something extra that needs to be done?

If you file a Cancellation, the buyer will be refunded the amount that you received. Any amounts that were charged by Pitney Bowes for customs clearance/fees would be refunded by them.
