The goal: upload a CSV to Seller Hub that contains bulk revisions for our active listings using the new eBay template system.
The problem: there is no direct information on how to achieve this beyond a brief mention of using the word "Revise" in the Action field instead of "Add," and when we upload a CSV intended to revise existing, active listings, the upload fails and the error code given is: "21916270 Error - There is no active item matching the specified SKU." However, the listing IS active, and the SKU IS referenced in the CustomLabel field, so we are not sure where the problem is.
We have been trouble-shooting this for a while using multiple pieces of supposedly up-to-date eBay support literature and now turn to the eBay Community for support. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
