How to appeal an unpaid cancellation record

I can't pay because of this message. But ebay recorded my account unpaid. I can't make purchases next time, is there a way to cancel the credit in this account? Can I still shop on ebay?

Did you try using the full website to pay after this?  The mobile app (or mobile website) cannot handle all situations and too often gives bad information.  It should never have given you a "out of stock" error when you used the Pay Now button on a listing (after all, your action is what put it out of stock).
