How to Remove Unpaid Item Claim Opened by the Auto Assistant: The 32 days is too long to wait for pa

I used the Auto-Assistant to enter a claim for an unpaid item, but it was set to open 32 days later. I need to remove this or edit it to a smaller  wait period before the claim is opened.

How can this be done?

Only way to close the claim, is either as Paid or Unpaid, do so in the Resolution Center before it expires and you can't get you fees back.

To change the delay for opening claims, go to your ebay Account>Site Preferences>Selling Preferences, and scroll down and edit the Unpaid Item Assistant.
