I had 100.00 dollars on a gift card and a woman got all the money off

You gave her access to the gift card's number.  And you can't get the money back from her if she wants to keep the cash.

You sent a photo of the gift card, right?  All the numbers the other person needed is printed on the bottom.  All that is required is the 4 numbers under the scratch off.
