How purchasing a vehicle works on eBay

I recently saw a car for sale on craigslist. I contacted the seller and she said shes in the military and the car is for sale on ebay and that i would need to give her my name, address, and phone number to have ebay contact me about purchacing the car and having it delivered. She said it would take 2-3 days. Is this legitimate? Also, I dont see the car listed on ebay. hmmm....
