I told a buyer on August 27 to return an item for a refund. I have not received the item nor have I received any message from her. I have messaged her several times asking if she has sent the item back. She will not respond to my messages. What do I do at this point?
She did have to be reminded several times to pay! I suppose she will need the same for making the return.
