How do you email a message to Ebay directly without having to call since they do not have answers?

Does anyone know why when you were selling one of your items and want to stay competitive they, Ebay, place  competitive ads on your own page Recommending you try those out that are usually 70% off competitor places that sell the exact same item you were trying to sell? When we pay them a fee this should not be happening. Could be why I’m not selling too much at all from Ebay. Chrissy
