After 18 years of being an eBay member, I'm faced with leaving here altogether because I can't get past Customer Support individuals that are incapable of helping me resolve my issue. Doesn't eBay offer any other department of educated, understandable employees well versed in customer care, preferably here in the U.S.? My issue is easily resolved but not by people programmed to only deliver canned responses. Please help; I'd rather not leave.
