How do I delete auctions that have sold and no longer needed

To start off, I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY EBAY HAS CHANGED SO MANY OF THEIR OPTIONS! It use to be that when I sold an item, it was paid for, and feedback was left, I could delete it. It would no longer be on my sold list. Now I can't do that. I know that after so many months they will drop off, but it gets very annoying to have all of these auctions on my sold list that I have to scroll though to get to the ones I need to take care of. I have been on ebay for over 20 years and it seems they have become less and less user friendly.  Do any of you have a way around this? If you do I would really appreciate any suggestions you have. Thanks
