How do I contact a person at Ebay

I need to get in touch with someone at Ebay regarding a problem I am having with returning messages.  I can receive messages but I can't reply to anyone using my laptop.  I actually have to go to my cell phone to answer questions.

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens.  Work through the questions.  At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option.

You're more likely to get quick & accurate help on the Tech Issues board - lots of posts over there about problems with sending Messages.

the most common solution seems to be to disable Grammarly browser extension if you have that, or try a different browser.

Post here (give lots of information so the helpers don't have to ask - browser, etc)
