Help, what to do

I bought few items from seller dancing-hot  and they have never arrived to me. this happend to me first tiem so i open case where i request refund but the seller beg me to close case and not to leave him negative feedback because he will get fired and promise me to sent me package again with faster shiping. 2 weeks after that I contact seller again and he acts like we haven't talk before and avoid questions about my package. I can't even left negative feedback anymore. What to do
