HOW DO I UNDO A RETURN REQUEST?

I tried to cancel an order.

it wasn't marked as mailed so I was trying to keep it from being sent.

A few days later it shows up & they still haven't responded to my emails.

Is there a way to undo the refund/return request?

You can go back to the return case and close it.

Never open a return unless you have received an item you want to return. If the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History has passed and you don't yet have your item, you can report an item not received.
