Help please.
The seller accepted an offer of $100 on an item. He then cancelled the sale citing "Buyer asked to cancel" which is absolutely non-sense and false.
I reported the matter to eBay on the 26July (Customer Service Chat Transcript - SR# 1-449279472959) asking for assistance. They said they will report the seller and assist me.
However, I see the exact same item is again listed on eBay at almost double the price.
So yesterday I decided to leave negative feedback on the item. I log on this morning and the negative feedback is non non-existent and deleted by eBay. How is this possible!?? Isn't eBay suppose to protect us from buyers against these type of sellers that just do what they want to do? Why is the rating and feedback system in place?
What are my next steps? Why is eBay protecting this seller? Is it because he has +10000 sales with a 100% positive ratings? How many other negative ratings are changed for sellers?
