I've been selling sports cards singles on ebay using the standard envelope - generally 1-2 cards so less than 3 oz, almost always 1 oz. So 63 cents. I got back like 20 envelopes yesterday rubber stamped with "non-machinable 40 cent surcharge."
So I paid the extra 40 cents on each to get them out & not delay them further but this isn't supposed to be like this.
I use a regular envelope, two pieces of thin cereal-box cardboard & a toploader.
2+ doing like this with no issues, now they've all been sent back to me.
Any suggestions?
