Ground advantage shipping problems

Hello. I would like to find out if any one has been using the new ground advantage shipping and if so are people having trouble? I have been having nothing but problems with ground advantage. Lots of people not getting there item on time, not showing full tracking history, and causing buyers to open up cases and purchase the same item from another buyer or getting a refund then receiving the item. Hoping someone has some input, Thanks.

I am having no problems using Ground Advantage.  I make sure that the clerk scans the label at the counter.  If I have a SCAN sheet, I make sure the clerk scans it and gives me a receipt.
