Getting sells to count

At least three of my orders since July have not been included in the monthly breakdown that is used to calculate Top Rated Seller status.  In other words, the number of orders for a given month as shown in the Seller Hub All Orders section is greater (both quantity and dollar amount) than what is shown for the same month in the Your Seller Level Monthly Breakdown.  Please note that this is NOT because of some delay, any refund or returns, end-of-month cut-off/rollover, delivery, GSP, etc.  and the orders never get added at a later date as eBay states is possible in that clause below the Monthly Breakdown table.  It’s not my count versus eBay’s count, it’s eBay’s count versus eBay’s count.   If you need an example, eBay id 182240993493 is one such case.  How can I get credit for these uncounted orders?
