Getting Negative feedback when its not the sellers fault.

I sold this guy a new Clutch kit for his car and the guy lives in CA and I'm in OH.. He paid for the item and I shipped it out the same day. I gave him traacking and everything the same day and I also sent ebay the tracking. For whatever reson the package was held up at the post office for a couple days in CA, instead of calling the Post office to see what the problem is he gave me negative feedback like it was my fault! I work hard at trying to get 100% feedback and for this guy to mess it up over his own .... isnt fair. Can this be tookin off??

Well, calling the buyer a "stupid person" probably wasn't a really good move.  If nothing else, it makes you look bad, and may cause potential buyers to decide not to buy from you.  You should always be calm & professional in your responses.

If you hadn't done that, and had instead talked with the buyer maybe you could have come to an understanding and he would have agreed to do a feedback revision for you.  I really doubt that will happen now.

ebay won't remove the feedback because it doesn't violate any policies.

There are 2 ways to get a negative feedback changed.

1) call eBay if it violates the feedback rules....This one does NOT, so eBay will never remove it.

2) Send the buyer a 'request for feedback revision". They can accept it and modify the feedback to a positive. Of course, that would have been a LOT easier if you had not called them stupid in your response to the feedback they left.
