I don't understand how Ebay can hold funds for 2 weeks for their claim of a Seller being rated "Below Standard" ..I had sent out two items that fit in a regular envelope and did not have tracking- I have 100% Feedback and millions of dollars in sales since selling for 20 years.
I called and couldn't put in a complaint or a grievance. Any ideas on how to dispute this?
