Fraud by seller

Guy is trting to sell cheap Chinese drones. The same midel sells for $35.16 on Ebay sites, so he names his DJI Mavic Pro (clone) and lists it for $79.99. Then he uses a false description and false photos at auction.  When I get it it is labeled Attop XT-1...nothing about DJI Mavic Pro or clone. It has no camea making it the cheapest XT-1 (35.16). I find the same thing on 16 sites on Ebay -all less than $36 bucks. With the promised camera (seller promised to providea camera) top of the line 2.0 MP, item sells for $56. Now Ebay intervenes but wants me to pay shipping IL to FL in order to get my $79.99 back...**bleep**???

If you open an Item Not as Described case, the seller must pay for return shipping. If you don't receive the label within the allowed timeframe, use the option in the case to escalate it to eBay.
