First eBay purchase

I purchased a item through Klarna witch is like Afterpay but the difference is they provided there credit card so I haven’t gotten no update or email with my item I purchased on eBay does the seller typically from you the item has been shipped or do they ship it without forming me

@adani-7901   I am not sure how Klarna will affect the checkout process as I have not tried it, and don't plan to.    It's a third party service that eBay is not affiliated with.  

 You need to use eBay checkout to have the sold item in your purchase history here>

OR you can buy on eBay using a guest account>  

 If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.

 Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:  

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065...

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email.  Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
