Hey Mentors,

Can you please clarify something for me?

I remember reading a response on this board from 'disney' regarding Negative FB not being able to be left if  the seller refunds in full without eBay needing to step in to a case opened.

I can not find it anywhere? Is this policy fact?

If a buyer reports that an item isn't as described

If the buyer reports the item didn’t match the listing and requests a return, you are protected from negative and neutral feedback if you offer free returns, accept the return, and give a refund.
