I suspect your second photo is from a mobile device using the ebay app.  There is a glitch that comes and goes showing free shipping when in fact the seller is indeed charging for shipping.  I would not use a mobile device to buy anything on ebay.  Use a desktop computer.

Never commit to buy anything, especially something big and bulky and heavy, without going to the Listing Page for the item on the full website, choosing the Shipping and Payments tab, and determining the actual s/h fee to your location (including zip/postal code if applicable).  Other displays (even the one at the top of the Listing Page under the price) may have it to a different location or be inaccurate for some other reason.
