Fake coin

So I bought a coin from Baker City gold and they sent me a fake coin. They didn't return any of my messages so I had to call again and they finally answered. When I told them they sold me a fake coin, they said " send it back and we'll refund it". But that's not good enough from a coin dealer. It was an obvious fake, too thin and half the actual weight of the real coin. They should (and I'm sure they did) know it was a fake coin. 

I told them that's not good enough and the guy said "you sound like a trouble maker" so I hung up.

What's the best way to handle this problem? I want to report them legally and hope they get in actual trouble.

@bl_8506   If you wish to take legal action that is done outside of eBay.  

If you want to get your money back and get the seller in trouble with eBay: 

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.
Does not seem authentic for the reason.  This goes on the sellers record.

2 business days after tracking shows delivery back to the seller the eBay system will automatically refund you if the seller has not already done so.

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to China or other countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
