Errors

Hi.

 I have someone trying to buy a few of my irises and keeps getting this message: "This seller will not sell to buyers that do not meet their requirements." I have no restrictions in place on any of my listings. Any one have any ideas as to what is going on here? Also, the 'unanswered question' banner won't go away from the listing she used to contact me even tho I've responded twice. I'll be losing an important repeat customer over this and I'm not happy about it! Thanks for any help in advance.
