what good does it do to have a good standing account with eBay for over 18 years and you can’t even get any kind of help about a seller that has scammed me out of $909 dollars. And 3 different occasions I’ve spoke with different eBay reps and not one has done what they said they were going to. This seller has violated so many of eBay policies. They offer a 100% money bank guarantee. They are doing sells outside of eBay. I brought this to eBay’s attention and seller is still selling. And the only way I can contact eBay is through a stupid automated system that keeps closing me out or giving me only one option to speak to eBay and that is by email. I’ve made eBay a lot of money and this is how they show there their appreciation. When a rep answers the phone they say use you’ve been an eBay member for 18 years thank you for your loyalty.
