There's a bot that scans listings at posting for any form of communication outside eBay. Sometimes it finds strings of characters that look like part of an address (street, email, website) or a phone number.
You have to look for anything that triggers that "phantom address/phone #" reaction. there are a lot of ways the Bot can find an oddity that it reports.
It can be a legit period that creates a fragment of a URL, like this: U. S. companies that was seen as "S.com" and had to be changed to U S companies, or a typo like this: once.when that was corrected to once when.
So the trick is if it isn't obvious, finding the "fragment" that the bot spotted can be difficult. Look for typos, @ signs, anything with the potential to be part of a websit name, a url, email address, street address, or phone number.
