Ebay software bug with calculating shipping cost to Canada via USPS first class.

I need to mail a 8-ounce envelope to Canada, USPS first class.

Ebay calculated the cost to be $5.85 however, when I prepare my package for shipping, it will cost me $9.85.

That means I have to cough up an extra $4.00 just for shipping.  I checked with USPS and ebay is incorrect.

It actually costs $9.85 to mail to Canada (Postal code v0r1x5).

I feel like ebay owes some money ($4) because their software program has a bug in it.

Hey! I sold this item for ~$13, so my profet margin is not great, as a matter of fact, it's eaten-up by shipping cost.

Of course sending an email to ebay isn't an option; ebay want's to chat with me.
