Ebay is putting a check mark for bold letters on my listings for 2 dollars without me doing it

I just realized that ebay is checking the boxes on listings for bold letters , so that they can charge you a extra 2 dollars to list a item, they have done this to me so many times, and  I didnot realize it, I was wondering why my fees were so high
