I am a new seller. Accepted bid from seller, paid for USPS shipping, and was ready to ship product out. One hour later, the buyer requested cancellation. I followed EBAY's cancellation process and the order was cancelled. It looks like the buyer received a FULL REFUND while I never received any payment from the Seller.
Have I been scammed?
How do I recover my money for the refund when the buyer never was charged?
Any advise would be welcomed...
