I recently had a return that was delayed in being delivered due to some crazy weather.
Ebay sends me a message telling me that the return should have been delievered by now, and was telling me I needed to take action. Since I had not yet received the return, I contacted customer service. I explained the issue, the say one sec, come back saying no worries they placed a hold. Ok. However, what they actually did was opened a case... and then placed a 10 day hold. How is that fair?
I am just wondering how should I have delt with this issue instead of contacting customer service? I didnt want a case, and now this case has really turned into a huge mess. I just want to know for next time something like this happens... how should I handle it instead?
