I have several auction listings sold but have not paid as yet.  As I leave on vacation tomorrow, if I haven’t been paid beforehand will I be dinged for late shipping?

Yes.  It's better to make sure that auction-format listings end at least 6 days before vacation starts so you can file and close an unpaid item claim in time if necessary.  

Now, the best thing to do is just keep quiet; turn OFF the unpaid item assistant if you use it, to decrease the chance that the late buyers will pay while you're away (file when you get back).
