My question is regarding shipping small packages under 1 lb with new Ground Advantage. The shipping calculator gives me rates of $7.75-$9.03 for a package. This same package shipped First Class used to cost between $4.50-6.50 which is how I have my prices set. DO WE NO LONGER GET A DISCOUNT WITH GROUND ADVANTAGE for eBay? Even the USPS webite lists $6.65 for any package under 12" on the new Ground Advantage...
There appears to be no way to contact eBay directly on this matter. Thanks for your input!
BTW, the same item shipping Priority is $7.15-10.07 because of the discount offered.
