I had a price guarantee from eBay for my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. but the winning bidder has not replied to three efforts to contact over the ccourse of two days. The price guarantee was for $443.00, and the item sold for $445.00, which means the final value exceeded the Price guarantee. The two second chance offers are $440.00 and $400.00. If either of them accepts, will I still get the discrepancy between the new final value and the original price guarantee credited to my account by eBay?
