Hello,
On a recent purchase on ebay, I received the following message from ebay (view below). The payment was made to the seller and shows pending on my paypal account for a number of days now. I have attempted to contact the seller with no response. Ebay indicates paypal will not allow a case to be opened at this time. When I attempt to open a dispute in my paypal account, paypal indicates that I can not open a dispute at this time probably due to the pending status of the payment to the seller.
My question: How long before paypal refunds my money if the seller never accepts payment? Am I going to have to call paypal directly?
Just not sre what to do.........
Thank You, Craig
