Combining Orders with Global Shipping Program

Hi - using GSP for first time. My international buyer won an auction and selected a fixed price item as well. In the GSP rules it clearly states that you cannot combine multiple orders into one parcel, YET you cannot break up the 2 listings and print separate shipping labels for the 2 items. What am I supposed to do? Put them both in the same box, print the label through eBay, and hope for the best? it clearly states you're not supposed to do that. HELP! Thanks...

Hi

The buyer needs to pay for the two listings SEPARATELY.  If they've already paid with one payment ... you'll have to refund their money and have them pay again, one item at a time.  Explain to the buyer that you have no choice in the matter.  GPS will likely open the package and notice that you've broken rules if you ship together.
